Welcome to Setbound. These Terms of Service govern your use of setbound.co.uk and purchases made through our online store.
Throughout these terms, “Setbound”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Setbound. “You” and “your” refer to users of our website and customers purchasing our products.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting. Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide, and customers should check the available sizing information before ordering.
Product availability may change without notice.
3. PRICES
Prices displayed on our UK store are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change product prices from time to time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for checking that your order details, including the products, sizes and delivery address, are correct before completing your purchase.
After placing an order, you should receive an electronic order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Payment information is processed through our payment providers. Setbound does not directly store complete payment-card details.
6. PRODUCTION AND FULFILMENT
Some Setbound products are produced and fulfilled after an order is placed using third-party fulfilment partners.
This does not affect your contractual relationship with Setbound or your statutory consumer rights. Setbound remains responsible to you for products purchased from our store.
7. DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure orders are delivered within the stated timeframe and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights regarding cancellations, returns, faulty products and refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Where the statutory right to cancel applies, customers purchasing online generally have 14 days from receiving their goods to notify us that they wish to cancel.
Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits your statutory rights.
9. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Products supplied by Setbound must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law, including being as described and of satisfactory quality.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, please contact returns@setbound.co.uk, preferably within 28 days of receiving your order, so that we can investigate promptly.
Our request that problems are reported within 28 days does not affect your statutory rights.
10. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, Setbound may offer promotions or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined. Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements, expiry dates or other conditions, which will be made clear when the promotion is offered.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect orders already accepted under that promotion.
11. WEBSITE USE
You must not misuse our website or knowingly introduce malicious software or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Setbound name, logos, graphics, designs, photography and other original brand content displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to Setbound unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use third-party providers to operate parts of our business, including ecommerce, payment processing, production, fulfilment and delivery.
Your use of certain services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.
The use of third-party providers does not remove any rights you have against Setbound under applicable consumer law.
14. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory rights.

The terms applying to your purchase will be those in effect when your order was placed.
